Industry Experience:
  • Must have a proven track record in FinTech (experience in healthcare financial solutions (payments, expense management, loans, cards) would be a plus.

Product Management Experience (4–6 Years):
  • Minimum 4–6 years in software development/product management required.
  • You have built B2B SaaS or financial products before.

Strong Technical Background:
  • Must understand complex technical concepts and the tech stack/architecture behind financial products.This is not just a business-focused role—it requires technical fluency.

Roadmap & Strategy Execution:
  • Ability to define and execute a product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals. Experience launching products from concept to market.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
  • Experience working with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and leadership teams.bMust be able to communicate product vision to C-suite executives and external partners.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Market Research:
  • Comfortable with analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive decisions.

Project Management & Prioritization Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and unstructured environment. Experience with product management tools & methodologies (Agile, Jira, etc.).

Hands-On & “Scrappy” Mentality:
  • We are in an early-stage startup phase, so we need someone who takes initiative and wears multiple hats.

Communication & Relationship-Building Skills:
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms for different audiences (execs, engineers, customers).

Compensation Expectations & Equity:
  • Salary range: $140K – $185K + equity + benefits.
