A bit about us:

This is a great opportunity to progress your career at a small company and keep them going behind the scenes with maintaining current process and potentially creating new ones in regards to vendor relationships, onboarding new hires, and troubleshooting HR-related questions/concerns. This is an Onsite position 5 days a week!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee benefits administration and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist in hiring and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle accounts receivable, payroll, billing processes, and submissions to maintain financial accuracy.

Job Details

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
