Job Details
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors—handling reception, phone calls, and email communication with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and confirm client meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure client data/files are accurate and organized
Provide administrative support including document preparation, AR support, mail distribution, and office supply management
Assist with client outreach, marketing projects, special events, and coordination of office activities
Uphold confidentiality, maintain accuracy in all work, and contribute to a positive office culture through exceptional service and teamwork
