We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent First Party Coverage Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of first party coverage matters, from initial consultation to resolution, and providing expert legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent First Party Coverage Attorney, you will be required to:
1. Handle a diverse caseload of first party coverage matters, including reviewing policies, providing advice on coverage, and representing clients in disputes.
2. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations, legal research, and analysis to develop effective strategies for our clients.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and contracts.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on first party coverage matters.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal trends, and developments in the field of first party coverage.
7. Collaborate with other members of our legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and client service.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on first party coverage.
4. Proven track record of handling first party coverage matters from initial consultation to resolution.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
