This role is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining flexographic printing equipment while ensuring high-quality output, safety, and efficiency. Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust flexographic printing presses (MA 2200 or comparable equipment)
Ensure press performance meets production, quality, and safety standards
Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
Monitor and manage press-related materials and supplies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work closely with team members to support overall production goals
Assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses
Experience with MA 2200 presses strongly preferred

Skills & Qualifications:
Solid understanding of flexographic printing processes, ink systems, and color matching
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of press maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
