- Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
- Lead team development, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Foster guest satisfaction, address needs promptly, and maintain positive relations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service in all F&B areas.
- 5+ years in a luxury hotel/resort as a Manager of Food and Beverage.
- Fluent in English with basic arithmetic skills and knowledge of food service styles.
- Relevant certifications including ServSafe Food Handling® and Alcohol Awareness Training.
- Degree in Food and Beverage Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Creative with a proven track record in culinary or beverage management.
