Job Details
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Science or a related field, with prior experience in food manufacturing or product development.
- Lead product ideation, development, and commercialization by collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more.
- Ensure packaging and product compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including ingredient and weight accuracy.
- Conduct and oversee analytical tests, maintaining product quality through internal and third-party validations.
- Stay informed on food industry trends and regulatory updates (FDA, USDA, AAFCO) to guide innovative product strategies.
- Develop formulas, analyze ingredients, and generate ideas for new or enhanced products tailored to market demands.
