Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conduct sensory evaluations to assess various attributes of food products for product development and quality management.
- Organize and manage sensory panels, ensuring consistent data collection and analysis.
- Interpret sensory data and provide actionable insights to guide product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to align sensory data with product development objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new sensory analysis techniques to enhance processes.
- Report sensory findings to relevant teams, assisting in data-driven decision-making.
- Manage R&D budgets and expenses to ensure financial adherence.
- Participate in new product development initiatives within the assigned scope.
- Assist with streamlining administrative processes for improved operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sensory evaluation in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
- Experience in food product development is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual skills in Korean are a plus.
