FORECLOSURE PARALEGAL — BANKRUPTCY & CREDITORS' RIGHTS

A well-established Tampa Bay law firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to manage a busy commercial foreclosure caseload. This is a hands-on role supporting attorneys across all phases of creditors' rights and foreclosure proceedings throughout Florida state courts.

Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Correspond with clients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate hearings, deadlines, and case schedules
  • Interface with state courts throughout Florida
  • Prepare and file court documents
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate case records
  • Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial foreclosure proceedings

Qualifications
  • Prior experience handling commercial foreclosure matters required
  • Knowledge of Florida state court systems and filing requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred or willingness to pursue certification
