Job Details

We’re seeking a skilled Building Automation Foreman to lead our field team in the Oklahoma City area. This hands-on leader will manage the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of building automation systems (BAS) across commercial projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every site.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead BAS installations from start to finish, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to BAS, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
  • Ensure that all installations meet company standards and industry regulations, conducting quality checks at each phase of the project.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines, and provide regular updates to project managers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years in building automation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of BAS integration, DDC systems, and energy management.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or other
  • Tridium Niagara experience highly preferred
  • Experienced with various communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
