My client is a Premier Retail Builder who is looking for their next Foreman/ Superintendent to take over their Detroit, MI project work. They are based in Illinois and have a growing presence in the Michigan market. Their current backlog is strong in the Detroit market. They pride themselves on their quality and ability to form lasting relationships with their clients and partners. They focus on Ground-up and Interior Retail project work.

Job Details
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
A qualified candidate will possess:
5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
Experience building projects in relevant markets
Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
Proficient with Procore
OSHA 30 Hour
Technically literate individual
Motivated and team player
