Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ As a Level 4/5 Commercial Foreman, you will:
+ Lead and manage teams of 20–30 electricians on commercial projects
+ Plan, organize, and coordinate work ahead of schedule to ensure efficiency
+ Ensure all materials, tools, equipment, and project information are on-site and ready for use
+ Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and client respect, fostering a partnership environment
+ Troubleshoot and problem-solve changes to existing services for optimal installation efficiency
+ Manage tools, materials, and equipment with accuracy and care
+ Estimate time and material requirements for service tasks
+ Uphold strict safety standards, including PPE use and ladder safety
+ Perform work at various heights and in restricted areas as needed
+ Monitor and ensure quality electrical installations that meet or exceed industry standards
Qualifications -
+ License: TDLR Journeyman or Master Electrical License (Required)
+ Experience: 10+ years documented commercial electrical fieldwork, including leading large crews
+ Proven ability to manage projects up to $15M in value
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Texas ID or driver’s license required
+ Willingness to travel as needed
+ Punctual, motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
+ Physically able to meet job requirements (lifting up to 51 lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces)
