We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Electrical Foreman with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities for complex and varied projects. This role requires a candidate who is proficient in Journeyman Electrician tasks, Commercial and Industrial projects, Design-Build, Multi-Family, and Tenant-Improvement.

Responsibilities:

As a Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring that all projects are completed according to design and specifications.
2. Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the daily work activities of a team of construction workers.
3. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
5. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals.
6. Training and mentoring construction workers and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks.
7. Conducting regular inspections to ensure that all work is up to code and meets the necessary quality standards.
8. Resolving any on-site issues or disputes between workers, contractors, and suppliers.
9. Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
10. Reporting on project progress to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Electrical Foreman, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman role within the electrical construction industry.
2. Proven experience in Journeyman Electrician tasks, Commercial and Industrial projects, Design-Build, Multi-Family, and Tenant-Improvement.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Exceptional knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High physical stamina and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
10. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
