A bit about us:
We are an AgTech early-stage startup that is looking to hire a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to help improve scalability and performance, lead technical projects and build new features. This will be a leadership role within the engineering team and an opportunity to take on multiple engineering projects for us.
Our tech stack includes Next.js (Typescript), PostgreSQL, GraphQL, React, Prisma, MUI. Our CI uses GitHub Actions, jest, and Playwright. We deploy on Vercel Serveless. For this role we prefer to bring on a backend leaning engineer as our other 3 engineers on the team are frontend leaning.

Job Details
Must haves for this role:
- 10+ years as a software engineer and backend leaning engineer
- Strong technical skills (any language)
- Experience leading multi-engineer projects
- Software design and architecture expertise
- Production troubleshooting experience
- SQL experience
