FP&A Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains the financial model inputs for their respective business during the ongoing forecasting and planning cycles for P&L financial statements.
Coordinates and collaborates with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and Analytics to align on economic trends, business drivers and industry factors that impact financial modeling.
Identifies and communicates risks and opportunities for their business segments.
Provide monthly/quarterly/annual business analysis that identify variances against AOP and forecast.
Supports the investment in business growth through Capex or Innovation by providing needed inputs to assess and validate.
Performs financial analysis and provides insights for management as requested
Develops indirect reports and others in the Financial Planning & Analysis team
Proactively identifies opportunities and drives change in support of continuous improvement for team
QUALIFICATIONS:

Level of position offered (Sr FP&A Analyst or FP&A Analyst) will be determined based on candidates skill set and experience.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or related field
2+ years finance or related FP&A experience
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to research and interpret accounting guidance and form recommendations
Advanced Excel skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated pattern of initiative and leadership
Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness
Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
