We are searching for a dynamic FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, KPI tracking, and a proficiency in NetSuite and Excel.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
2. Analyze financial data and create financial reports for decision-making purposes.
3. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
4. Collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and identify financial risks and opportunities.
5. Measure and track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for Board of Directors and Executive Team.
7. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Strong proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
8. CPA, CFA, or MBA is considered a plus.
