FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is a permanent position that will play a pivotal role in our company. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, and providing financial reports. You will work closely with our finance team to develop strategies and make recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data.
3. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
4. Work closely with the finance team to develop financial strategies and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
5. Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for financial analysis.
7. Provide support in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
8. Participate in the budgeting process, including the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
9. Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or related role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and financial analysis.
4. Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. High proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
