Job Details
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Kaysville, Utah, reporting directly to the CFO. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a rapidly expanding IoT company.
**Job Description**
* Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process across multiple P&Ls and international entities
* Prepare and maintain financial models to measure business performance, identify risks, and track strategic initiatives
* Partner with leaders across the company to prepare, measure, and track budgets that align with company goals
* Analyze financial and operational results, provide insights, and recommend data-driven actions
* Assist in building dashboards, reports, and presentations for the CFO and executive team
* Take on additional responsibilities in financial analysis and strategy as the role and company continue to grow
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Prior experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to multi-P&L or international reporting
* Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights for non-financial stakeholders
* Self-starter with the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities over time
