Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that funds are available for ongoing operations and investments.
3. Developing and implementing procurement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
4. Implementing cost control and optimization strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining the highest quality of luxury goods.
5. Providing insightful financial data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
7. Conducting financial modeling and risk assessment for new business initiatives and investments.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent FP&A Manager (Luxury Goods) position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the luxury goods or retail industry.
3. Proven experience in cash flow monitoring, procurement process improvement, and cost control & optimization.
4. Must have Big 4 Background.
5. Must have consumer goods experience.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. A passion for luxury goods and a keen understanding of the luxury market dynamics.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
