We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic FP&A Manager to join our Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to contribute their skills and experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the manufacturing team, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role will also work closely with the executive team to develop strategic financial plans and will have a significant impact on the overall financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans.
2. Analyze financial results and variances, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
3. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand and evaluate cost drivers and operational metrics.
4. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
5. Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
7. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
8. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
3. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
10. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
