Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary finance partner to the Regional Vice President (RVP), providing clear financial insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Branch Managers, local leadership and commercial teams to drive accountability and improvement across all aspects of the P&L (commercial, operating efficiency, and working capital management)
  • Provide financial due diligence and support for growth initiatives, including acquisitions and capital investments
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on branch and regional performance, including sales, margin, and SG&A
  • Monitor key KPIs such as pricing, volume growth, gross margin ,branch productivity and operating leverage
  • Identify drivers of performance variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Consolidate branch-level performance into a comprehensive regional outlook
  • Develop scenario modeling to evaluate commercial and operational decisions, headcount optimization, branch openings/closings, and market shifts
  • Ensure strong internal controls are in place at the branch level and regional level
  • Ensure the business is reporting accurate financial results
  • Support the internal and external audit teams with their engagements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA/CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Experience in distribution, branch operations, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with peers across the division and organization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
