Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support the development of strategic initiatives and business cases.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software/tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
