Job Details
What You'll Do:
Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting strategic decisions
Lead and mentor junior finance team members
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive leadership
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and scalable infrastructure
Serve as a key business partner across operations, commercial, and leadership teams
What You'll Bring:
5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role
Experience in power generation, energy, or infrastructure industries strongly preferred
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Proven ability to build processes and lead in a fast-moving, scaling environment
CPA or MBA a plus
