Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial modeling
- Provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial analysis to support business decisions and performance improvement initiatives
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports to provide insight into revenue, margins, costs, and capital investments
- Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and senior leadership to align financial plans with business strategies
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support pricing analysis, project profitability reviews, and scenario planning for strategic investments
- Help improve financial systems, tools, and processes for better accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years in an FP&A leadership role
- Strong business acumen with a background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-driven organizations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
