We are seeking a polished, dependable, and highly professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Las Colinas.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment while balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative support. Our clinic is intentionally lower volume and operates at a steady, manageable pace, allowing the right person to focus on providing excellent service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

We are looking for someone who is mature, detail-oriented, personable, and truly takes pride in representing a professional healthcare office.

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for patients, guests, and business visitors. Responsibilities include front desk operations, answering and directing calls, patient check-in/check-out, scheduling support, and general administrative assistance.

The clinic sees approximately 15–20 patients per day, so while the environment is not overly busy, professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients, guests, and business visitors professionally and warmly
Answer and direct incoming Home Office calls
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination
Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment
Support administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and team members
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Help ensure a smooth and positive office experience for everyone entering the clinic
Qualifications
Previous front desk, administrative assistant, medical office, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable managing phone communication and multitasking
Ability to work independently in a steady-paced office environment
