Food Safety & Quality Manager

We're looking for a proactive FSQ Manager to lead food safety and quality operations. As part of the plant leadership team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead audits, strengthen food safety culture, and coach a growing FSQ team to success. We're looking for a proactive FSQ Manager to lead food safety and quality operations. As part of the plant leadership team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead audits, strengthen food safety culture, and coach a growing FSQ team to success. This is a high-impact role ideal for a collaborative, floor-engaged leader ready to make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, SQF)
- Train, coach, and develop new FSQ techs and production staff
- Drive improvements in HACCP, FSMA, EMP, and documentation
- Partner with Ops and cross-site teams (Monticello & Monroe)
- Manage recalls, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years in FSQ with 5+ years managing teams
- Experience in dairy or food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
- Strong audit, documentation, and team training skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
