Food Safety & Quality Manager
📍 Two Plants in WI | Full-Time | On-site | Relocation Available

We're looking for a proactive FSQ Manager to lead food safety and quality operations. As part of the plant leadership team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead audits, strengthen food safety culture, and coach a growing FSQ team to success. This is a high-impact role ideal for a collaborative, floor-engaged leader ready to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, SQF)
  • Train, coach, and develop new FSQ techs and production staff
  • Drive improvements in HACCP, FSMA, EMP, and documentation
  • Partner with Ops and cross-site teams (Monticello & Monroe)
  • Manage recalls, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

What You Bring:
  • 5–10 years in FSQ with 5+ years managing teams
  • Experience in dairy or food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
  • Strong audit, documentation, and team training skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
