Job Details

Hiring for 1st shift and 3rd shift
  • 1st shift 6:00am - 3:30pm
  • 3rd shift 6:30pm – 4:30am


Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supervise and schedule FSQA technicians to optimize food safety and quality.
  • Assess plant operations to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, GFSI, and other standards.
  • Review operational results and develop corrective action and long-term improvement plans.
  • Participate in corporate quality planning, training program development, and capital planning.
  • Manage FSQA staff, including coaching, performance reviews, and problem resolution.
  • Support and oversee internal/external FSQA audits and customer complaint investigations.
  • Maintain and enforce documentation, safety standards, and food safety culture.
  • Serve as backup for the Director of FSQA when needed.


Qualifications – Needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Poultry/Animal Science, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HACCP Certification required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of FSQA, USDA, or food safety/quality experience
  • Strong background in food safety regulations, audits, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams, train staff, and enforce safety/quality standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including some weekends/overtime).
