Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will be a key player in the development and design of our cutting-edge software solutions. The role will involve working on complex projects, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, and implementing the latest technologies to provide high-quality software solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.).
4. Debug and optimize existing and new code and write high-quality unit tests to ensure robustness and reliability.
5. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
6. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code.
7. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
8. Lead and participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
3. Strong experience with TypeScript and React.
4. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js, etc.).
5. Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
10. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
