Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing insurance defense team. The role involves managing a varied Insurance Defense matters including construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

Responsibilities:

* Handle discovery, hearings, and case management for insurance defense matters
* Prepare detailed carrier reports and timely billing in compliance with client guidelines
* Utilize Clio and related applications for case and time management
* Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

* Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions with minimal oversight
* 160 monthly billable hour requirement
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage a remote caseload efficiently
