We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to bring their expertise in accounting and finance to a thriving and fast-paced environment. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. They will also be tasked with conducting detailed analyses of financial statements and comprehensive fiscal reports. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
2. Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P, and Billing processes.
3. Oversee the management and reporting of fixed assets.
4. Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and ensure entries are posted to the correct ledger.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
6. Review and process vendor payments, ensuring prompt and accurate payment.
7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
8. Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
9. Participate in financial audits and work closely with auditors.
10. Liaise with other departments to improve financial procedures, processes, and systems.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role in the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
4. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
5. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
6. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
7. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. High attention to detail and accuracy.
