Job Details
Accurately record and report a broad spectrum of investment vehicles, such as private equity, equities, fixed income instruments, derivatives (options, futures), private placements, and other alternative securities.
Develop and maintain Net Asset Value (NAV) workpapers, performance analyses, and reporting packages utilized by investors, fund managers, and external parties.
Compile complete sets of financial statements, including cash flow statements, shareholder equity changes, operations results, balance sheets, and detailed schedules of NAV per share.
Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle for investment funds, covering reconciliations, valuations, capital activity (calls and distributions), waterfall allocations, and the issuance of both financial and capital account statements.
