General Liability Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of general liability cases, including insurance defense, products liability, and premises liability.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to determine the potential liability of clients.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect the interests of clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients on various general liability matters.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in general liability law and insurance defense.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must possess a valid PA Bar License.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or a similar role in the legal industry.
• Proven experience in insurance defense, products liability, and premises liability.
• Strong knowledge of general liability law and legal principles.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
