Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Manage a caseload of up to 25+ active defense matters
+ Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
+ Attend and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
+ Prepare cases for trial under the supervision of a partner
+ Ensure accurate billing and time management aligned with firm standards

Qualifications -

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
+ Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing
+ Minimum of 3 years of civil defense litigation experience (general liability, labor & employment, property & casualty, or insurance defense)
+ Experience with depositions, motions, discovery, and managing multiple cases
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
+ Valid driver’s license required
