Job Details

  • Join a collaborative regional litigation team with deep subject-matter expertise
  • Manage cases from pre-suit investigation through trial or resolution
  • Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances independently
  • Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
  • Engage with clients, carriers, and claims professionals to align litigation strategy with risk tolerance and business objectives
  • Evaluate claims exposure, recommend resolution strategies, and negotiate settlements when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and active license
  • 2+ years of litigation experience in any of the practice areas listed above
