Job Details

You'll carry a general litigation docket spanning insurance defense, commercial disputes, employment litigation, municipal matters, and toxic tort defense — handling matters from intake through trial across Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

  • Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle — depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial
  • Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements
  • Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep
  • Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy
  • Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives

Looking for:

  • Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
  • Recent general litigation experience
