Job Details

We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to take the reins of a high-performing branch operation. This is not your average GM role—this is your chance to lead a transformation, ignite growth, and build a legacy in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

What You Bring

Proven leadership in Sales, Operations, or Project Management (5–10 years).
Experience in HVAC, Sheet Metal, or Industrial Manufacturing.
Strong grasp of SMACNA standards and fabrication workflows.
Track record of client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Crush deadlines, budgets, and control overhead
Champion business development, special projects, order management, and customer service operations.
Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and make fast decisions in a fast-changing environment
High energy, curiosity, and a relentless drive to win.
