Job Details
Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day field operations on multi-million-dollar projects
Oversee subcontractors, logistics, budgets, and schedules
Drive and enforce site safety culture (OSHA standards)
Coordinate project work plans, shutdowns, tie-ins, and contingency plans
Manage site reports, scheduling, documentation, and inspections
Mentor and train Field Engineers and Superintendents
Partner with executives and project managers on project strategy
Build strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and inspectors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10–15 years’ experience as a Lead Superintendent on $30M–$100M commercial/industrial projects
OSHA 30-hour certification (STS-C, First Aid/CPR/AED preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and construction scheduling tools
Deep knowledge of construction documents, methods, and materials
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
