Job Details

Experience serving as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role
Ground-up commercial construction experience
Multifamily construction experience
Experience managing multiple Superintendents and field teams
Oversight of large-scale projects from sitework through turnover
Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and construction logistics
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Experience leading jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing safety standards
Ability to maintain project quality standards and drive schedule performance
Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Experience conducting subcontractor meetings and field coordination meetings
Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Experience with project management and field technology platforms
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Valid driver's license
