GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT -PLUMBING

The General Superintendent will report directly to the Vice President of Installation. The General Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing a team of superintendents, foremen, and install technicians from a specific trade to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients. The General Superintendent will be closely working with Project Operations Teams to understand the goals and direction of the company and lead their team to generate profits.

General Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical and trade specific conflict resolution skills are critical
Must be proficient with Microsoft office software
Must be self-motivated and punctual
Must have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
Must be professional in appearance and speech
Proficiency and understanding of trade labor management, labor scheduling and labor forecasting
Must have ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Must be proficient the methods, materials, scheduling and cost control within all divisions of work applicable (HVAC & P)
A strong sense of urgency and initiative, with the ability to be a quick study and react to complex issues effectively
