Job Details

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
This successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will need 8+ years experience in a self-perform environment building water and wastewater infrastructure. The General Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling project work activities to ensure timely project completion.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations on active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors
  • Partner with Project Managers to plan work, monitor costs, and resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality protocols
  • Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of excavation, concrete, and piping
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
