• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of pipeline construction techniques, materials, and equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering results.
