Job Details
We are seeking a Geotechnical Manager to lead and grow our Dallas practice. This is a mission-critical leadership role with the opportunity to build a team, deepen client relationships, and expand the business.

- Provide strategic leadership for geotechnical and construction materials testing projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships across municipal, K-12, commercial, and institutional markets; actively pursue new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers, cultivating the next generation of technical leaders
- Oversee project scoping, budgeting, proposals, and delivery; ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Represent the Dallas office in the market — serve as the “face” of the practice and a trusted advisor to clients
- Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy, team expansion, and succession planning
Requirements
- BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering field; Master’s preferred
- PE in Texas required
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, including leadership of projects and teams
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Dallas market with established client relationships
- Strong technical expertise across investigations, lab testing, analysis, recommendations, and reporting
- Track record of business development, client management, and market growth
- Entrepreneurial drive with ability to build and shape a practice
