Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report function across all entities
Serve as the enterprise authority for processes and governance
Reduce close cycle time and improve accuracy, speed, and transparency
Identify and implement process improvements across the close lifecycle
Harmonize general ledger, chart of accounts, and financial reporting practices
Reduce variability across business units to improve consistency and scalability
Partner with IT to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Establish and enforce reconciliation governance and financial controls
Identify gaps and mitigate compliance risks in a developing controls environment
Define KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to track performance and outcomes
Continuously monitor and improve R2R process effectiveness
Lead finance process integration for newly acquired entities
Ensure Day 1 readiness and alignment with enterprise standards
Partner with Finance, IT, and Shared Services stakeholders
Influence senior leadership and align global teams to a common process vision
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (close, GL, reconciliations, reporting)
Proven track record leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Strong background in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
