Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight & Reporting: Direct financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global manufacturing sites. Track KPIs such as cost per unit, labor efficiency, and material usage to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to evaluate working capital, plant performance, make-buy decisions, network optimization, and new product launches. Lead efforts to standardize and automate finance processes.
  • Cost Accounting & Analysis: Implement and maintain standard costing methodologies, analyze manufacturing variances, and manage -inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
  • Month-End Close: Oversee site-level close processes, including balance sheet, income statement, and AR/AP activities.
  • Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global accounting policies, partner with audit teams, and oversee accurate physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage finance teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Expertise in standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
  • Global or multi-site experience and proven leadership abilities.
