Job Details

The Bankruptcy Group is broadly situated to handle the most complex insolvency matter. It has recently formed a team dedicated to complement its lender-side finance practice, which represents top-tier clients in the industry.

Even distribution of work while providing substantial opportunities for growth, development and client interaction.

Given the growth and scale of the practice, numerous opportunities exist for promotion, secondments and in-house placements. We are looking for an associate with a strong understanding of secured creditor restructuring.

Preferred candidates would have large law firm finance experience counseling a variety of lenders, ad hoc groups and creditor constituencies in mid and upper market club and syndicated transactions
