We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government & Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex litigation matters, both at the trial and appellate levels, across a range of industries. You will be a key player in our legal team, working closely with colleagues and clients to provide strategic legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities:

As a Government & Commercial Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients in all aspects of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration, and mediations.
2. Managing a diverse case load of government and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
3. Developing and implementing litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
4. Conducting thorough and detailed legal research and analysis.
5. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
6. Providing advice and counsel to clients on labor relations issues, including collective bargaining, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Working collaboratively with other members of the legal team and clients to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Government & Commercial Litigation Attorney position will have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in government and commercial litigation, with a focus on labor relations.
4. Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
5. Proven track record of success in litigating complex cases, both at the trial and appellate levels.
6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable manner for our clients.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. Ability to manage a diverse case load and work effectively under pressure.
9. High level of professional integrity and ethics.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
