Job Details

This position is ideal for a 3–5 year attorney with experience advising government contractors on compliance and regulatory matters.

You'll Work On:
Internal investigations
Compliance audits and reviews
Mandatory disclosures
Voluntary disclosures
Supply chain issues
Risk assessments
FAR compliance
Federal procurement regulations
Government-facing matters
Client counseling throughout the government contracts lifecycle

Ideal Background:
3–5 years of government contracts experience
Experience advising federal contractors
Compliance and investigations experience
Strong analytical and writing skills
Comfortable interacting directly with clients and government stakeholders
Excellent judgment and client service orientation
