Grading/Paving Sr. Project Engineer

• Will be on a structured career path to becoming a Project Manager
• Assist with planning/overseeing projects/subs, schedule/ensure deadlines, progress reports, contracts, resolve jobsite issues, sub/supplier/client relationships, safety/quality compliance, estimates, and control/track job costs
• Docs, inspections, coordination, ensure budgets, plans/specs/blueprints, materials/equipment, job meetings, forecasting/look-ahead, and closeout procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager on public works grading/paving projects
• Strong client relationship, communication, team building, and computer skills
• Willing to learn company processes
• Must pass DMV check, drug test, and background screening
