Requirements for this role:

  • - At least 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • - Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • - CS leadership/management experience
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • - Experience with customer success technologies (like CRM, CS software, etc.), and data analytics tools
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and manage multiple priorities
