The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial and operational strategy, planning, and execution. As the Head of Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational functions, ensuring they are poised for sustainable growth and operational excellence. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial risk management.
2. Oversee the company’s operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
3. Directly manage financial planning, business intelligence, and overall financial management.
4. Lead the financial modeling and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Collaborate with the leadership team to set company-wide strategy and goals.
7. Drive the company's fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.
8. Develop and implement strategies for financial and operational scalability.
9. Manage the allocation of resources to ensure cost efficiency and company growth.
10. Develop and manage the company's internal audit processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance and operations role within a start-up environment.
3. Proven experience with operational efficiencies, scalability, internal process improvement, and resource allocations.
4. Experience in managing finance for a start-up, including experience in Series A or B funding rounds.
5. Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
6. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
7. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision makers.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
